Heat Lamp! Table Warmer! Sound good? It’s winter and almost everyone loves a little heat during their treatment! Come in for a heated Acu nap! The heat really allows your body to relax, whether you like the heat at a 1 or 10, it can be set just for you!

Cupping marks can look like bruises but are not true bruises. The marks are a result of broken capillaries under the skin’s surface caused by the vacuum of the cup. They don’t hurt and typically heal within a week. The body’s immune system is stimulated to help heal the broken capillaries and blood flow is increased to the skin and muscles in the area.

Cupping is a great way to improve circulation and release muscle tension! The cups create a vacuum which decompressed the tissues to allow for blood flow and healing! There’s a blog post up on my site if you are curious to learn more!
